Import and Export Coordination and Capacity Control Management of your flight are optimised by our Operational team who has over 15 years of experience in the air cago industry. We control Ground Handling Agent contracts and ground operations in each airport. Our own IT System helps to gain time and clarity from quote or booking up to invoicing and reparting. Our Financial settlement is done through IATA CASS to optimise our Revenue Control as well as yours.

We provide our customers, freight forwarders, a full service from quote and booking to track and trace and POD or any follow-up requested. We are there to help forwarders to develop their trade lane with any service they may need to satisfy their customers wether shippers or consignees. IT system and technology are there to generate automated messages but we bring more personnalised follow-up to ensure full satisfaction. This is a man-to-man business and we are there to find  adapted solutions for special product requirement.  Understanding forwarders needs is part of our success.
